Started in June 2005, Papitto delivers high quality and freshly made Gourmet Gelato to business and consumers from our HACCP and ISO22000 certified factory in Singapore.

Papitto has since grown to be established in the niche area of providing customized and healthier choices of Gourmet Gelato, Ice Cream and Sorbet to hotels, restaurants and cafes.


Papitto Gourmet Gelato is freshly made Italian ice cream with over 400 years of tradition. Traditional Italian Gelato recipes are built upon while maintaining the highest standards in quality and freshness.

With over 50 flavours on the list, new flavours including Asian favourites are constantly being developed for the delightful enjoyment of gelato lovers. Made with premium ingredients sourced globally, Papitto Gourmet Gelato is also healthier as it is a lower fat gourmet ice cream at about 7% fat for creamy flavours, as compared to over 12% fat for premium ice creams.

Papitto is always looking to bring out new innovations and tastes for our customers. Our passion in what we do also enables us to constantly improve and customize our product range to benefit from the latest advancement in nutritional science.

For this reason, Papitto collaborated with research institutions in functional ice cream and various development has been featured in the media. One of our first successful product is OMango©, a mango ice cream incorporating omega3 and has been certified as a Healthier Choice product by the Singapore Health Promotion Board (HPB) as a low fat and low sugar dessert.

We also have certified low GI product options as well as “No Sugar Added” products in our range, which are suitable for customers with specific dietary requirements.
